THIEVERY AND DECEPTION

Lists 0.99 as selling price. Tried to charge my PayPal $4.28 Nothing I hate more than thievery. Whats really asinine is that I would have paid the $4.28 price if they were honest. Its actually a nice app. Notice how only 5 stars sort to the top, no matter the date.
